At Pawfetti Co, we want you and your furry friends to be 100% happy. If something isn’t paw-fect, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging to qualify.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food, treats, or supplements
  • Personalized or custom products (such as engraved tags)
  • Used hygiene items (beds, litter boxes, grooming tools, etc.)
  • Sale items or gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at pawfetti@steadza.com and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved. This is the fastest way to receive the correct size or style.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If return shipping applies, it may be deducted from your refund.
