Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are prepared, packed, and shipped from our fulfillment center during this time. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–16 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Maximum delivery timeframe: 15 business days after shipment (in most cases, orders arrive sooner).

Tracking Information
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear while the carrier scans the package into their system.
